To comply with the Companies Act of 2013, your company must be registered with the MCA. Since your company, Koshi Shiksha Private Limited, was established in 2024, it must already be incorporated under this act. Ensure compliance by:

• Filing annual financial statements and returns.
• Maintaining statutory registers and records.
• Complying with provisions on board meetings, resolutions, and shareholder meetings.

2. ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems:
